Returns & Refunds

For any return requests, please contact us directly at contact@curatoors.com, explaining the situation and attaching the relevant files.

We are not responsible for exchanges or returns due to missing parts or damage caused by misuse.

Items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are damaged (including makeup stains, aromas...), worn, or not in acceptable condition.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns on:

  • Archive/vintage items
  • Jewellery
  • Sale items

 

  • All Orders Are Final. Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, or combined. Please check your details carefully before completing checkout.
  • The customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for the exchange / return.
  • The initial shipping costs will not be refunded, except in cases of error on our part or if a incorrect product is received.
  • If a parcel is confirmed lost by the courier, we’ll send a replacement (subject to stock). Refunds are not offered for lost parcels.
  • We can’t accept responsibility for damage caused by not following wash or care instructions, refunds & returns are not offered in those cases.

Before closing the return package, please  include a piece of paper with your order number and your name inside the parcel so we can identify it. Please keep in mind that if the item you wanted to exchange is no longer in stock, we will give you a refund instead.

The term for the refund / exchange can range between 3 and 12 working days from when we receive your return in our warehouses. As soon as we verify the status of the returned items, we will send you an email to inform you.

If you receive an erroneous order we ask that you contact us immediately, within 24 hours, at the following email address, indicating the error or defect, together with your personal data: contact@curatoors.com

  • Please note that Curatoors reserves the right to reject all returns that do not meet these conditions.
